ABOUT ME
Redecorating with Cents By McCann has been a dream of mine since I was a child. I fully enjoy and take pride in my Staging and Decorating skills. For years, I’ve designed spaces with a creative and professional approach as a hobby. Now By McCann is a reality providing clients with expert guidance throughout the entire staging process.
Home staging is the practice of preparing a piece of residential property for sale or rent. The entire purpose of home staging is to make the home appear more attractive and appealing to prospective buyers. The purpose of home staging is simple – homes that are staged sell/rent faster than homes that are not, on average. Some studies have shown that staged homes also sell for more than unstaged homes.
